Philip Wortman

Philip started his financial career while serving as a law enforcement officer in Northern Nevada; while investing his time in information systems and accounting, he took active roles in investigations focusing on computer and financial crimes—to bolster his skills, he actively competed for unique training and educational opportunities within his department.

Philip chose a new career direction after meeting with David McAlvany at a McAlvany Wealth Management conference in Bellevue, WA; after what can only be referred to as a “divine epiphany,” Philip chose to complete his education and eagerly applied to join the MWM Team. Many, many years later (and after several interviews), Philip was asked to join the MWM Team as an equity analyst where he finished his B.S. in Forensic Accounting in 2021.
